Hi Everyone,

Firstly thanks so much for building this amazing website! It is awesome!

For the "Changes" tool in Wayback Machine (I understand it is in beta mode), how is the degree of relative change defined? Is it the length of html, or similarity in html structure or other things?

I would like to compute the changes myself for some websites since there seems to be a delay for this feature (as some websites are not scraped very often). Is the "change" algorithm / method publicly available?
